Rates include: 

International transportation

Brazilian customs clearance*No included tax fees

Door delivery to any address in Brazil 

NOTE: FASTER TRANSIT TIME FOR SOUTH & SOUTHEAST REGIONS

            

Service Conditions: 

All shipments and services must be prepaid

Prices are in U.S. Dollar and rates are subject to change without prior notice

Prices do NOT include any credit card or payment processing fees

Shipments are sent as ONE piece PER shipment, and rates are applied PER SHIPMENT

Lithium Battery contained in equipment (UN3481) Surcharge: $2 per item

Perfume (Consumer Commodity ID8000) Surcharge: $2 per item.

All perfume items must be shipped in boxes, minimum box dimensions 20x20x10 cm.

Service includes 2 delivery attempts. Packages unable to be delivered return to main station in Sao Paulo.

Shipping Weight: 

Shipping Weight = Total Package Weight (Product + Packaging) 

Minimum Dimensions: Must be able to hold a 16 cm x 11 cm label

Maximum Package Dimensions (L + W + H): Max 200 cm (78.5 inches) 

Maximum Weight: 30 kilos

Maximum Value: $2999 USD (CIF Value) 

            

Remarks:        

All shipments are subject to inspection

Dangerous goods are NOT accepted, except for UN3481 and ID8000 Instructions

UN3481 and ID8000 must be packed according to IATA Dangerous Good Regulations packing

Reshipping charges will apply if the consignee address provided is incorrect.

In accordance with decree of MF Nr156 of June 24th,1999, all goods shipped through the Brazil Postal System are duty free 

with a maximum landed Value of US$ 50.00 considering the shipper and consignee

are individuals, goods for personal use and not for resale.

            

Relabel and Return Fees: 

USD 7.95 per parcel

This service will allow non-delivered items to be redispatched to the same customer;

The redistpach can take up to 16 weeks. 

* We have not control over Brazil Operations

            

 

Brazil Return to sender rates 

$9.50 - Minimum 500Grams (Add $3.00 per each additional 500 Grams) Non-delivered item will be 

send back to Brasilian Hub. The returns can take up to 16 weeks. 

 

NOTE:

FEE FOR PARCELS RETRIEVED FROM DESIGNATED AIRLINE OFFICE IN S.P. - $ 4.00/ PER PARCEL.

PARCELS NOT RETRIEVED WITHIN 90 DAYS WILL BE DISCARDED AT $5.00/ PER PARCEL DISCARDED 

 

A-) As the shipments are DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), any complaints must be done locally in Brazil by the consignee
